The 4,833 sq ft condo at Mr. C Residences Coconut Grove features six bedrooms and sits on an upper level of the building.

Perched over Biscayne Bay, a pair of units in Mr. C Residences Coconut Grove have been merged into one expansive waterfront dwelling that offers size, seclusion and character uncommon among fresh condo towers. Priced at $13.95 million, the home measures 4,833 sq ft and includes six bedrooms, six full bathrooms and a separate powder room. The sale is being handled by Compass agents Ivan Chorney and Michael Martirena.

Design Choices and Interiors

Unit 1801/1802 is situated on an upper level of the Arquitectonica-designed building located at 2655 South Bayshore Drive. The design intentionally moves away from the light, minimal-style look typical of many modern Miami high-rises. A private lift delivers residents to an entrance hall clad in bespoke Capiz shells, immediately conveying artisanal quality. Throughout the space, a palette of hues, materials and tailor-made details—such as unique wallcoverings, Italian terrazzo, quartz surfaces and European porcelain—are maintained.

Within the principal living space, an oak-clad media wall adds a cozy touch opposite the sweeping glass walls that frame the water view. The master bedroom also incorporates wood through bespoke paneling and sleek, high-gloss built-in wardrobes, offering a more personalized feel than typical developer specifications. These features serve both aesthetic and functional purposes. Motorized shades together with 3M UV film regulate the intense South Florida light, and abundant custom cabinets capitalize on the enlarged layout.

A secondary bedroom has been configured to act both as a home office and a guest suite. When not needed, a Murphy bed folds into a high-gloss lacquered cabinet, enabling the space to serve as a refined workstation while preserving the residence’s six-bedroom total.

Bay Views and Location

Ceilings approach 12 feet in height and floor-to-ceiling glazing surrounds the interior, offering roughly a 180-degree outlook over Biscayne Bay. Depending on the angle, the scenery includes Peacock Park, Key Biscayne, downtown Miami and Miami Beach. Large terraces push the interior living zones outward toward the water, providing open-air settings for gatherings, meals or simply observing the shifting light on the surface.

Located on South Bayshore Drive, Mr. C Residences Coconut Grove offers immediate proximity to the area’s waterfront, marinas, green spaces, dining venues and shops. The yacht-themed high-rise, crafted by Arquitectonica with interior design by Meyer Davis, translates the Mr. C hospitality legacy into a living environment. Occupants enjoy round-the-clock concierge, as well as dedicated butler and marine-concierge assistance.

The building features several pool terraces, a Bellini-style bar, a spa, fitness and wellness facilities, and the La Bottega café that delivers meals to units. Boating enthusiasts appreciate Coconut Grove’s location on Biscayne Bay, as the local marinas grant immediate entry to open water, avoiding the bridge limitations present in other Miami waterfront districts.

Merging adjacent condo units may occasionally leave a property that still appears divided. Here, the goal is a unified dwelling that offers the footprint of a large single-family house while preserving the amenities, safety and raised vistas of an upscale tower. The extensive terraces and almost unbroken glass façades maintain the presence of Biscayne Bay inside most rooms, whereas bespoke finishes differentiate each space.

Such equilibrium reflects the character of Coconut Grove. Though it is among Miami’s historic districts, the area now hosts a wave of bold, architecturally driven towers, while its shoreline parks, established environment, marinas and small-town feel set it apart from the more compact city core. At unit 1801/1802, perched 18 stories above the water, this blend manifests as modern Miami waterfront residence enriched with greater hue, artistry and individuality.
