Venus Williams is extending her design brand to Miami Beach, where her firm V Starr is directing the interiors of the new NoBe PARC Miami Beach condominium.
Development Overview
Robert Finvarb Companies is building a 15-story tower at 7140 Abbott Avenue.
The project includes 232 fully finished residences located two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean.
Arquitectonica provided the architectural concept, while TAG Architecture serves as architect of record. The development blends contemporary coastal forms with resort-style amenities.
V Starr, founded in 2002, has grown from a hospitality-focused practice to a broader interior-design operation covering residential and commercial projects. Over the years the studio has refined its approach to balance luxury and livability.

Design Collaboration
The firm is tasked with a unified aesthetic that emphasizes refined materials, modern furnishings, and comfortable living environments throughout the building. Every hallway, lobby, and private suite is intended to feel cohesive yet distinct.
The collection draws on tennis geometry, using sculptural shapes, premium marble, and an Italian design influence. The pieces are meant to echo the rhythm of a match while fitting seamlessly into a home setting.
She traveled to Milan with the retailer’s team to select stone and marble. The selections showcase curved silhouettes, distinctive chair backs, and sculptural table bases without overt sport references, allowing the items to stand on their own as works of design.
“This is our first ground-up residential project after more than two decades in hotels,” said Robert Finvarb, CEO of Robert Finvarb Companies. “Hospitality teaches you that guests can feel when every detail of a space was planned together, and we wanted owners to feel the same way here.”
Finvarb added that Williams has been involved from the project’s inception, making the inclusion of her furniture line a natural extension of the design direction.

Large windows, contemporary finishes, and the curated furnishings aim to capture Miami Beach’s bright, relaxed atmosphere. Sunlight pours into living areas, highlighting the texture of each material.
The turnkey model removes the need for owners to coordinate separate design and furnishing processes, streamlining move-in.
The development adds a resort-style pool, expansive deck, rooftop cabanas, yoga spaces, wellness facilities, co-working areas, and social lounges. A Beach Club connects residents directly to the shoreline, providing private access to sand and surf.
Ground-level retail will total about 11,500 sq ft along 72nd Street, Abbott Avenue, and Byron Avenue, enhancing the walkable character of the neighborhood.
Sales and Timeline
OneWorld Properties, led by president and CEO Peggy Olin, handles sales for the project. Completion is slated for late 2028, giving prospective owners a clear horizon for move-in.
